Sirkuksen ja tanssin tiedotuskeskus järjestää verkostoitumismatkan Berliiniin 15.-17.5.2025, IETM Plenary Meeting -tapahtumaan.
International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts (IETM) on esittävien taiteiden ammattilaisverkosto. Plenary meeting -tapahtumaan sisältyy luentoja, ammattilaiskeskusteluja, vierailuja, työpajoja sekä esityksiä. Vuoden 2025 tapahtuman teemana on Rehearsing futures.
Berliinin verkostoitumismatkalle valitaan mukaan 4 osallistujaa. Aktiivinen osallistuminen matkaohjelmaan sekä oman työn ja organisaation esittely ovat olennainen osa kokonaisuutta.
IETM on yksi vanhimmista ja suurimmista kansainvälisistä kulttuuriverkostoista, jolla on jäseninä yli 500 esittävän taiteen organisaatiota ja yksittäistä nykytaiteen parissa työskentelevää ammattilaista yli 60 maasta. Plenary meeting on IETM:n vuoden suurin tapahtuma, joka kokoaa yhteen 400 – 600 kulttuuritoimijaa eri puolilta maailmaa. Se on avoin IETM-verkoston jäsenille ja ei-jäsenille. Plenary Meetingin aikana tutustutaan isäntäkaupungissa tapahtuvaan taiteelliseen työhön sekä keskusteluihin, ja ohjelmassa käsitellään kansainvälisen esittävän taiteen alan ajankohtaisia aiheita luentojen, keskusteluiden sekä työpajojen avulla, sekä tietenkin verkostoidutaan ja luodaan yhteyksiä.
Kenelle: Sirkuksen ja tanssin ammattilaisille, tuottajille, taiteilijoille, jotka haluavat vahvistaa kansainvälisiä verkostojaan.
Matka- ja majoitustuki verkostoitumismatkan osallistujille:
Tiedotuskeskus tukee matka- ja majoituskuluja max. 500 euroa per henkilö (kuitteja vastaan) sekä maksaa osallistujien IETM-rekisteröinnin.
Saksan hintatason ja matkustamisen hinnat huomioon ottaen on mahdollista, että kustannukset ylittävät tukisumman. Osallistujien itse maksettavia kuluja ovat tuen ylittävien matka-ja majoituskulujen lisäksi ruokailut, julkinen liikenne, lentokenttäkuljetukset ja muut mahdolliset kulut.
HUOM: Osallistujat sitoutuvat raportoimaan matkastaan tiedotuskeskukselle. Yksityiskohdista sovitaan erikseen osallistujien kanssa.

Circus & Dance Info Finland will organize a networking trip to Berlin May 15-17, to the IETM Berlin Plenary Meeting.
The International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts (IETM) is a network of performing arts professionals. The plenary meeting includes lectures, professional discussions, visits, workshops and performances. The theme of the 2025 event is Rehearsing futures.
4 participants will be selected for the Berlin networking trip. Active participation in the travel program and presentation of one’s own work and organization are an essential part of the whole.
IETM is one of the oldest and largest international cultural networks, with over 500 performing arts organizations and individual professionals working in contemporary arts from over 60 countries as members. The Plenary is IETM’s biggest in-person meeting of the year, bringing together between 400 – 600 cultural practitioners from across the world and it is open to IETM network members and non members alike. In the Plenary meeting participants will discover the artistic work and important discussions taking place in the host city and unpack the most pressing topics facing the international performing arts sector today through talks, discussions and workshops and of course network and make connections.
For whom: Finland-based circus and dance professionals, producers and artists who want to strengthen their international networks.
Travel and accommodation support for participants in the networking trip:
Circus & Dance Info Finland will support travel and accommodation costs with a maximum of 500 euros per person (receipts needed). In addition to that Circus & Dance Info will cover the registration fee.
Considering the price level in Germany and the costs of travel, it is possible that the costs will exceed the amount of the support. In addition to travel and accommodation costs exceeding the support, the costs to be paid by the participants themselves include meals, public transport, airport transfers and other possible costs.
The program becomes more detailed closer to the trip, and Circus & Dance Info Finland informs those selected for the trip about the schedule and other travel arrangements.
NOTE: Participants commit to report about their trip to Circus & Dance Info Finland. Details will be agreed separately with the participants.
