Are you an artistic or cultural professional in the contemporary circus or outdoor arts sectors? Are you seeking support, connections, and resources to propel your project to the next stage and to be better equiped to implement change in your professional practice?
BOUNCE is a mentoring programme designed to offer a supportive space for cultural professionals with 4 to 10 (maximum) years of experience. It offers opportunities for networking, extends professional connections, and fosters awareness around fair practices and equitable working conditions, while providing tools to advance the mentee’s project.
WHAT DOES BOUNCE OFFER?
- A 16-hour development programme and mentorship from a facilitator selected in the membership, guiding you through your project’s unique challenges.
- Participate in Circostrada’s flagship events, such as FRESH STREET#5 and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Sibiu.
- Engage with the Circostrada SPARK Participatory Research Lab on Fair Practices and Equitable Working Conditions
