The teapot is hot, the dishes tumbled, and the teacups are ready. And everything is stacked on top of each other! Tea time is about to begin, and everyone is eagerly awaiting the next pour. This is tea time, where anything is possible.
Tea at six o’clock is a playful dance piece about a stuck tea party. Imagine that the clock always strikes six, and tea time starts over and over again. The performance features physical and acrobatic choreography that challenges gravity. Objects and people tumble, flow, and fly around the space. The dignified tea party becomes more fun and boisterous every moment as the tea drinkers and the dishes rearrange themselves again and again.
