Cirko presents Kallo Collective: The Story of Pluto, Who Wanted to Be a Planet

The galaxy is vast, but the curiosity is endless!

The Story of Pluto, Who Wanted to Be a Planet is a family-friendly show that combines physical comedy, puppetry, astronomy and a dash of magic into a hilarious space adventure where gravity, dark matter and planets come to life.

Where exactly is the universe expanding to – and what happens if one falls into a black hole? Small but tenacious Pluto takes the audience on a fast-paced exploration of the secrets of space!

Kallo Collective is an internationally awarded contemporary circus group specializing in physical theatre and clowning. The group’s high-quality non-verbal performances have captivated audiences while touring Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, China, Australia and New Zealand.

The story of Pluto, who wanted to be a planet, is part of Cirko’s CirkOtus programme for families, where fun is guaranteed! As part of CirkOtus, Cirko’s program features two family-friendly productions each year, in both spring and autumn. In addition to the Kallo Collective performance, the second family-friendly performance of 2026 is Company Portmanteau’s PYYKKI – Lost in Laundryland.
