PÄIVÄNSÄDE JA MENNINKÄINEN
Päivänsäde ja Menninkäinen is a Finnish song based on the traditional story of Pessi and Illusia. It tells the story of Päivänsäde, a fairy who cannot live without light, and Menninkäinen, who loves the night and is blinded by light. As the sun sets in the forest, Päivänsäde and Menninkäinen meet and fall in love.
The performance consists of dance acrobatics, pair acrobatics, solo acrobatics, vertical rope, and live singing in Finnish.
HYVÄN MIELEN JONGLEERAUSSHOW
Hyvän mielen jongleerausshow (Eng. A Feel-Good Juggling Show) is a juggling performance by circus artist Markus Nivala. The show features juggling, balancing acts and fun surprise tricks using balls, clubs, hoops and diabolos among other props. It also features an audience participation act and the world’s longest diabolo string. The performance is filled with humorous spoken segments between circus acts, as well as routines choreographed to music.
KUPLASSA – Trio Kupla
Kuplassa (Eng. In a Bubble) is a feel-good circus performance that allows the audience to escape from everyday life and dive into a world of imagination.
