Arctic Ensemble ENSEMBLED -TOUR 2025

Ensembled is Arctic Ensemble’s first creation in the group’s own circus tent. The piece is a performative and acrobatic tapestry of community, performance, and being left alone.

The performance presents the contrasts of the grit and glamour of circus life. In an engaging game show, the audience tries to knock a tightrope walker down using leaf blowers and throwing woolen socks, which is counterbalanced by a seemingly exhausted performer being dragged across the dusty stage in a funeral-like atmosphere.

The piece culminates in the entire collective’s seamless collaboration, where the performers fly daringly through the tent’s airspace. The collective’s unique shared expertise, the Korean double cradle, is one of a kind even on a global scale!
