(in)st))ability – otteita yhteisestä päiväkirjasta is a duet by improvisation-focused musician-composer Libero Mureddu and dance artist Terhi Vaimala, delving into a shared practice of listening.
(in)st))ability – otteita yhteisestä päiväkirjasta is based on physicality of sound,
whether it is made by a music instrument or experienced and produced by a moving body.
Between movement and sounds there is an active space where the performers’ encounter happens. The outcome is based on a shared listening, and not on shared materials, aiming to be fully independent through togetherness.
Mureddu and Vaimala have previously worked together for example in Liquid Quartet ensemble, 2013-2019.
