This new contemporary ballet work invites audiences to reflect on the fragile balance between outer beauty and inner worth.
Narcisa explores the theme of aging and disappearing from the world. It is a story in which vanity, vulnerability, and self-discovery intertwine. At its heart is a woman—a once-celebrated artist, muse, and poet— grappling with the relentless passage of time. Her reflection has become a painful reminder of beauty’s impermanence. Her poetry, woven through the choreography in voice and video, traces her evolution to acceptance. Narcisainvites audiences to reflect on the fragile balance between outer beauty and inner worth.
