In November, Aura Company’s theatre presents Ruutu, Raita ja repullinen retkitavaraa, a story-driven circus performance for children.
Ruutu and Raita are sisters with very precise routines. These include their weekly pancakes with rhubarb marmalade – but one day, the marmalade has run out, and the only option is to head to the market. What begins as an ordinary Thursday soon turns into a great adventure, one that can only be overcome through teamwork.
This warm-hearted and playful circus performance takes the audience on a colourful adventure where imagination, friendship and acceptance of differences take centre stage. The story unfolds through partner acrobatics, theatre and music. The adventures of Ruutu and Raita are all about courage and the freedom to be exactly who you are.
